To get started:

If you already have a Ralphs Reward Card and have registered it online

1. Log in to your account at www.ralphs.com
2. Click on community Rewards
3. Click Edit Community Contribution Program Information
4. Search for Desert Arc and select
5. Shop Ralphs and swipe your card or use your phone number at the register

If you already have a Ralphs Reward Card and have not registered it online

1. Have your Ralphs REWARDS card handy
2. Register your card online at www.ralphs.com
3. Create your account – select the “I already have a rewards card” option
4. Complete the email confirmation
5. Log in to your account
6. Click on community Rewards
7. Click Edit Community Contribution Program Information
8. Search for Desert Arc and select
9. Shop Ralphs and swipe your card or use your phone number at the register

If you do not yet have a Ralphs Reward Card and have not registered it online

1. Visit the customer service desk at any Ralphs
2. Have your Ralphs REWARDS card handy
3. Register your card online at www.ralphs.com
4. Create your account – select the “I already have a rewards card” option
5. Complete the email confirmation
6. Log in to your account
7. Click on community Rewards
8. Click Edit Community Contribution Program Information
9. Search for Desert Arc and select
10. Shop Ralphs and swipe your card or use your phone number at the register

What your Organization Earns

Ralphs will pay each organization on a quarterly basis based on the following monthly qualifying purchases per household:

Up to $200                              1%
Between $200.01 and $350    2%
Between $350.01 and $500    3%
Over $500                               4%

• Ralphs limits their quarterly contributions to a maximum contribution of $625,000 to be distributed among all participating eligible organizations.
• Ralphs limits a quarterly household contribution to $150
• In the event that total earned contributions exceed the maximum contribution limit, Ralphs will prorate and reduce the contributions based on the total contributions earned by all participating organizations and their members.
• Minimum quarterly rebate payout is $25 per organization. In the event that an organization earns less than $25 in a quarter, Ralphs will hold the amount until the next quarter that the rebate exceeds $25 or the end of the program term, whichever comes first.
• Your quarterly check will be mailed or personally delivered to your organization by your neighborhood Ralphs Store Director within one month of the close of each quarter.
