About the Role
Under the direction of the Accounting Manager the Accounting Assistant will post payments, prepare invoices, monthly statements and communication letters to customers. The Accounting Assistant will also among other assignments prepare monthly statistics, distribute office supplies
This position requires a clean background check, a High School Graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of accounting software Quick Books preferred, Excel (spreadsheets), word document, data entry skills. If applicable a Clean DMV Record, valid CA Driver's License.
