About the Role
Instructors work as part of a team, within a small group setting, to support individuals with varying intellectual and/or physical abilities. These clients may, from time to time, react to situations by demonstrating behavior(s) that require modification coaching/modeling as they strive to reach their full potential. Support to clients could be done either on-site at Desert Arc or within the community. Settings will vary between work and places that support activities related to daily living.
Requirements
This position requires a clean background check. Perfer a valid CA Driver's License and a clean DMV record.
