About the Role
Case Manager will ensure client charts and client software management system records are kept current and in compliance with all regulations. Advocate for clients to achieve goals and objectives within programs requirements. Act as liaison with the Assistant Director, Funding Agencies, Families and Clients as necessary. Work with appropriate staff on methods used to meet client and program goals and objectives. May also assist with coverage in other program areas.
All positions require a Clean DMV Record, valid CA Driver's License, HS Graduate or equivalent, and a clean background check.
