Licensed Vocational Nurse

Under the direction of the Nursing Supervisor, the Licensed Vocational Nurse will maintain accurate documentation, maintaining a quality standard of care required for Title 17 and Title 22. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will pass medications as prescribed and provide daily client care as needed such as breathing treatments, GT feedings, catheter care and glucose monitoring. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will provide nursing and health care services to the clients and staff according to the policies and procedures of the facility. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will administer TB testing and other vaccines for all current employees on an annual basis and all new hires, while maintaining necessary documentation.
