About the Role
ADC Team Leader is responsible for working in a group setting to ensure that the clients meet daily objectives i.e., hygiene needs, behavior issues, assisting with meals, staying focused on task and reposition clients as needed. Team Leader will be responsible for daily objectives for any off site activity. Team Leader will be responsible for charting client's daily progress on a daily basis. Team Leader will drive Desert Arc vehicle for department community activities.
Requirements
All positions require a Clean DMV Record, valid CA Driver's License, HS Graduate or equivalent, and a clean background check.
