About the Role
Under the direction of the Shredding & Recycling Manager the Sustainability Coordinator will be responsible for preparing proposals & contracts, compose and send a variety of correspondence, outreach to community organizations, develop & implement sustainability initiatives, complete monthly billing and reports, develop and maintain the departments filing systems, maintain all department databases.
This position require a Clean DMV Record, valid CA Driver's License, HS Graduate or equivalent, and a clean background check
Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point and Publisher programs
Must be well organized and detail oriented, with ability to prioritize work assignments
Experience in event planning
