Desert Arc gives janitorial training to several work teams on site at their Palm Desert campus. Each team consists of 4-5 clients and a job coach who train on site in Palm Desert keeping our campus looking great. Clients are able to learn job skills and interpersonal communication as they prepare themselves for work in the community. Each team is available for regularly scheduled maintenance as well as one-time cleanup.
