Under the direction of the Field Supervisor, the Enclave Instructor will assist individuals with disabilities or other barriers in maintaining employment. Enclave instructor is responsible for monitoring a work crew in various job settings and providing personalized support and guidance to help these individuals integrate into their community. Enclave Instructor must complete all necessary paperwork, and understand and work with each client’s objectives, goals, and plans. Enclave Instructor is responsible for motivating clients to stay on task, promoting and supervising the safety of clients.
Requisitos
This position require a Clean DMV Record.
Valid CA Driver's License, clean background check.
Valid vehicle insurance and proof of vehicle registration.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
