Under the direction of the Vice President of Business Services, the Shredding & Recycling Supervisor will be responsible for the supervision of the warehouse, warehouse staff & drivers. Coordinates maintenance of all equipment and vehicles to insure reliability and safety. Supervises all aspects of the day-to-day operations insuring a safe and orderly facility in compliance with all regulations and requirements. Assists with the development of all staff through on-going communication and training activities to maintain an effective team. Ensures all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule.
Requisitos
This position requires a Clean DMV Record, valid California Commercial Driver's License, clean background check.      Â
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 3 or more years of supervisory experience; in a like setting
Must be well organized and detail oriented, with ability to prioritize work assignments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid vehicle registration and proof of insurance
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
